Executive Partner to the COO

As Executive Partner to the COO, you will act as a strategic force multiplier and “control tower,” driving alignment, accountability, and operational rigor across the business. The role focuses on measuring what matters and turning data into executive-level insights to support scaling a high-growth company.

What you'll do

  • Establish and manage systems for KPI and OKR tracking with rigor and consistency.
  • Facilitate executive and team meeting cadence, including clear agendas, optimized time use, and seamless cross-department information flow.
  • Lead high-stakes analytical work such as pricing strategy pressure tests, market research, and financial analytics.
  • Translate complex datasets into polished presentations and concise executive insights for client-facing and all-hands materials.
  • Partner with the COO to identify blind spots, provide candid feedback, and ensure leadership accountability.
  • Proactively implement tools and processes to bridge communication gaps across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate meetings and logistics with the COO and own follow-ups to streamline and accelerate execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth/scaled business operations role requiring extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Expert-level Excel proficiency, including building trusted, insight-driven models.
  • Power user and strong adopter of agentic AI tools to increase personal and team efficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex information into executive-level narratives for PowerPoint and email.
  • Elite prioritization and follow-through skills across many workstreams and follow-ups.
  • Strong learning agility and attentive listening; ability to avoid repeating mistakes.
  • High emotional intelligence; comfort holding senior leaders accountable with professionalism.
  • High discretion and integrity handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Resourceful, “scrappy” mindset with ability to move between strategy and detailed execution.
  • Desire to learn and grow quickly; comfort with a demanding, non-9-to-5 environment.

Conditions

  • Location: Hybrid in-office schedule of 2 days per week.

  • Compensation: Competitive cash compensation plus equity; base salary range stated as $110,000–$135,000 annually.
