Candidate Experience Manager

Summary

Lyft is seeking a Manager of Candidate Experience to lead their recruitment coordination team through a digital transformation. This role focuses on implementing AI-powered tools and processes while elevating the candidate experience through strategic partnerships with recruiters. The position requires leading team development and coaching staff to transition from administrative tasks to high-touch, strategic candidate engagement.

What you'll do

Lead AI and automation integration to streamline scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. Coach and develop the recruitment coordination team to shift from administrative work to strategic partnership. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the candidate journey in partnership with recruiters. Design feedback loops and communication protocols. Partner with TA management to create scalable, data-driven processes. Define key metrics, monitor performance, and use data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

7+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment operations with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams through change. Demonstrated experience implementing and managing HR or recruitment technology, preferably with AI or automation tools. Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Excellent project management and communication skills with stakeholder influence abilities. Data analysis experience and metrics-driven approach. Preferred: high-growth or dynamic tech environment experience, knowledge of AI/machine learning in HR, PMP or Change Management certification.

Conditions

Hybrid schedule in Nashville office: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks annually.
