Product / Delivery Manager for PLG SaaS

TimelinesAI is a growing SaaS platform that centralizes and automates WhatsApp communication with CRM and workflow integrations. We seek a Product/Delivery Manager to elevate our Product-Led Growth strategy and enhance product processes using AI-driven insights and analytics.

• Participate in product roadmap planning and define high-level product requirements for the development team
• Refine specifications based on team feedback, create mockups and wireframes, and collaborate with UI/UX designers
• Plan analytic events for feature tracking, monitor adoption metrics in PostHog, and present insights to Management
• Process feature requests and user feedback from multiple channels and conduct competitive research
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles, release notes, and provide product training to Support and Success teams
• Maintain direct communication with partners and integrators, respond to inquiries, and participate in product demo sessions as a hands-on expert
• Review implemented functionality, provide developer feedback, and hand over to QA

• Minimum 4 years of overall product management experience
• Minimum 2 years of PLG SaaS product management experience (must be most recent position)
• Proven experience working in fully remote teams with asynchronous written communication
• High proficiency with PostHog, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms
• Hands-on experience across all stages of Product Management and Product Analytics
• Strong writing skills and proactive approach to technical documentation
• Preferred: Software Development, QA, or Technical Customer Support background
• Preferred: Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or Customer.io
• Preferred: Regular use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI assistants in product work
• Preferred: CRM platform expertise with UI customization and integration setup

Schedule: Full-time, Remote-first
