Summary
EcoFlow is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations and provide cross-functional leadership for its U.S. manufacturing facility. The role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring material availability by driving continuous improvement across procurement, logistics, and inventory.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with corporate business goals, including long-term planning for procurement, logistics, inventory, and domestic distribution.
- Manage and develop global and domestic suppliers, including performance evaluations, contract and pricing negotiations, and initiatives to improve quality and delivery.
- Oversee direct and indirect procurement and material planning; forecast demand and collaborate with production to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts/excess.
- Manage inbound international logistics and outbound distribution; optimize warehousing, transportation, freight costs, lead times, and delivery reliability across the U.S. market.
- Partner with Production, Sales, and Finance to align supply chain activities with schedules, customer demand, and budgets; proactively resolve bottlenecks and constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management within manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong negotiation, complex problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. procurement and logistics management.
Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for coordination with overseas suppliers and stakeholders.
