Executive Assistant
Summary
WelbeHealth serves vulnerable seniors in local communities through participant-focused care and supportive values. The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative coordination, logistics support, and communication facilitation for senior leaders, specifically supporting the CPO and EVP of Corporate Strategy & Services.
What you'll do
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team.
Draft written communications as requested.
Handle travel arrangements and expense processing.
Coordinate schedules and meetings.
Take and maintain meeting minutes.
Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site tours and events.
Communicate with external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, elected officials, regulators, board members, quality improvement partners) on behalf of leadership.
Greet and interact with community partners and visitors, creating a welcoming environment.
Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Follow policies and procedures; participate in required quality improvement activities, trainings, and meetings.
Requirements
Associate’s degree (or two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience in lieu of education).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office; high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint preferred.
Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Willingness and ability to travel at least once per quarter.
Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive; able to execute in a rapidly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations; strong customer service orientation.

Salary range listed as $82,074–$108,337 per year plus bonus (actual pay based on experience and qualifications).
