Summary

WelbeHealth serves vulnerable seniors in local communities through participant-focused care and supportive values. The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative coordination, logistics support, and communication facilitation for senior leaders, specifically supporting the CPO and EVP of Corporate Strategy & Services.

What you'll do

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team.

  • Draft written communications as requested.

  • Handle travel arrangements and expense processing.

  • Coordinate schedules and meetings.

  • Take and maintain meeting minutes.

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site tours and events.

  • Communicate with external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, elected officials, regulators, board members, quality improvement partners) on behalf of leadership.

  • Greet and interact with community partners and visitors, creating a welcoming environment.

  • Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding company procedures and information about team members, participants, and families.

  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

  • Follow policies and procedures; participate in required quality improvement activities, trainings, and meetings.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (or two (2) years of executive-level administrative experience in lieu of education).

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting multiple executives as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office; high-level knowledge of PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint preferred.

  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

  • Willingness and ability to travel at least once per quarter.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive; able to execute in a rapidly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations; strong customer service orientation.

Conditions

  • Salary range listed as $82,074–$108,337 per year plus bonus (actual pay based on experience and qualifications).
