Summary

Dry Farm Wines is a premier artisan wine company curating organic, low-alcohol, no-sugar wines from small family growers worldwide while building a premium wine lifestyle through media. The Lead Photographer & Videographer role owns end-to-end photo and video creation to support brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, e-commerce assets, and educational content.

What you'll do

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute high-quality photography for brand assets including print ad campaigns, product shots, social media content, styled shoots, and website assets.
  • Edit photos quickly and organize the full photo collection for internal team use.
  • Manage photography projects end-to-end, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Travel to onsite shoot locations in the US and Europe to capture grower and customer content.
  • Maintain the NYC photo studio by cleaning and organizing equipment, props, and product inventory.
  • Manage the full video production lifecycle from pre-production planning, scripting, and storyboarding through filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Produce videos for company needs including grower stories, advertising campaigns, and FAQ videos.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing partners including design, marketing, and customer service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a photographer and videographer.
  • Strong technical proficiency in photography and videography, including camera operation, lighting, composition, editing, and post-production software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Keen eye for detail and passion for creating visually compelling content.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing needs with innovative solutions.

Conditions

  • Hybrid model with an office in NYC (Chelsea) and a studio in Hudson Valley (Poughkeepsie).
  • 4-day work week with a flex day (often Friday) encouraged for personal growth and deep creative work.
  • Limited email after hours and on weekends except urgent matters.
  • Studio shoots typically 2–3 times per month, usually 3 days each; team meets in Chelsea a few times per month.
