Recruiter

RemoteVA is hiring a full-time remote Recruiter to support its growing team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and helping onboard new hires while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and networking
• Review resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain awareness of recruitment trends and best practices
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process
• Collaborate with teammates to improve recruiting strategies and processes
• Participate in onboarding and support smooth integration into company culture

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Passion for connecting people with career opportunities

Preferred:

• Experience with remote recruitment and virtual hiring processes
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
