The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to the Talent Center, leading end-to-end hiring for corporate functions and senior retail leadership while strengthening employer branding and candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for corporate functions and senior retail leadership roles, managing a large vacancy portfolio with strategic prioritization.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline by screening high volumes of resumes and engaging candidates across multiple channels.
- Conduct role discovery by analyzing job descriptions and partnering with hiring managers to understand technical, behavioral, and operational requirements.
- Perform market, competitor, and industry analysis to inform hiring decisions and align with labor trends.
- Source candidates through networking, colleges/universities, workforce development partners, NGOs, and digital platforms.
- Partner with HR managers and store leadership on talent gaps, workforce planning, and regional operational needs.
- Run recruitment operations including job postings, social media content support, interview scheduling, and hiring administration.
- Maintain accurate ATS tracking and produce dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
- Test and expand new sourcing channels and outreach methods to reach emerging talent pools.
- Design and deploy creative attraction tactics to enhance employer branding and visibility.
- Manage interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate communications to ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Build external partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups.
- Support HR initiatives, cross-functional projects, and special projects assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a high-volume retail environment).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Self-starter mindset with proactive, strategic problem solving and innovative approach to sourcing.
- Ability to travel within the West Coast for recruitment events when needed.
