Project manager / Delivery Operations manager

DeepX is seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Operations Manager to oversee IT and software development projects. The role focuses on delivering quality results through efficient process management and strong team leadership.

• Manage project teams and stakeholders
• Build and maintain project documentation and processes
• Create and manage Gantt Charts, UML diagrams, and mockups
• Oversee project execution using methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
• Conduct business analytics and quality assurance
• Utilize JIRA and wiki-based documentation systems

• Excellent people management skills
• Strong documentation and process building capabilities
• Understanding of project management principles in IT/software development (Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban)
• Experience with Gantt Charts, UML, Balsamiq Mockups, and Mindmaps
• Proficiency with JIRA and wiki-based documentation tools
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Quality and efficiency-driven mindset
