Supply Chain Manager

Summary

Paradies Lagardère seeks a Supply Chain Manager to build and support overall supply chain strategy, execution, and growth roadmap. This highly cross-functional role partners across PMO initiatives, distribution center operations, and technology enablement to scale the business through operational excellence and strategic program leadership.

What you'll do

Partner with operations, IT, and finance teams on distribution initiatives; build and maintain project plans, PMO dashboards, and program cadence; analyze inventory, throughput, labor, and transportation metrics; support distribution leadership with operational tools, SOPs, and WMS improvements; coordinate with merchandising, replenishment, and store operations; contribute to long-range planning for warehouse capacity and automation; troubleshoot cross-functional bottlenecks; build distribution strategy documentation and cost models; support network expansion including site selection and RFPs; develop supply chain playbooks and reporting tools; lead vendor onboarding and data integration; analyze SKU-level data for demand forecasting and inventory optimization; facilitate training and project tracking for DC transformation; own PMO structure for supply chain projects.

Requirements

Expertise in supply chain network design, logistics, and distribution models; strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills; knowledge of warehouse operations, systems (SAP preferred), and vendor management; data-driven with strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead through ambiguity in growth environments; comfortable collaborating with executive stakeholders and frontline teams; deep understanding of KPIs, continuous improvement, and strategic planning
