Playwright QA Test Automation (screenshot assertions)

Sleep& is seeking a QA Test Automation specialist to write Playwright test suites for a rich web application built with HTML5 Canvas. The role focuses on creating screenshot-based assertions within a pre-configured Dockerized testing environment using visual regression workflows.

• Author Playwright tests covering element interactions and baseline screenshot generation
• Work with pre-existing visual regression workflow including screenshot baselines and odiff comparison
• Interact with canvas-rendered UI using existing page objects and coordinate-based helpers
• Review and maintain test suite quality within established framework and conventions

• Strong Playwright experience
• Comfort with visual and screenshot-based testing beyond DOM assertions
• Optional experience testing canvas-based or non-standard DOM applications
• Ability to work within existing framework, conventions, Docker, page objects, and configuration
• Examples of past Playwright tests required in application

Position available as either 1 full-time role or 2 part-time candidates. Remote-friendly arrangement. Candidates should provide portfolio examples of previous Playwright test work.
