Summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Regional Recruiter to advance its restaurant talent strategy by leading end-to-end recruiting for Restaurant Manager roles within an assigned region. The role partners closely with regional leadership to source, screen, and facilitate interviews while using hiring trends and compliance knowledge to improve recruiting outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing for Restaurant Manager and field leadership roles, including proactive and reactive sourcing, screening, and selection guidance.

  • Facilitate the internal interview process for regional leadership roles to ensure a consistent, efficient, and compliant candidate experience.

  • Analyze regional hiring trends through reporting and partner with senior field leadership to inform recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities.

  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies in partnership with senior field and restaurant leadership.

  • Coach leaders and champion best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience.

  • Act as a brand and employee advocate to strengthen hiring effectiveness and team quality.

  • Partner with HRBPs, support functions, and Centers of Excellence to execute market-specific talent strategies.

  • Support rollout and execution of recruiting initiatives and processes within the region.

  • Participate in critical talent discussions and support succession planning efforts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field).

  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience (or related field); multi-unit restaurant or retail experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to interview and identify leadership talent and apply best practices in candidate selection.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with business leaders and cross-functional partners.

  • Results-oriented, able to manage short- and long-term priorities using sound judgment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and apply practical solutions in ambiguous situations.

  • Ability to support change initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.

  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, employment law, and regulatory requirements.

Conditions

  • Base pay range stated: $56,000–$77,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual cash bonuses and equity awards (based on performance and other factors).

  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), sick leave, and vacation time.
