Senior Product Designer

Competera is a Big Data and Deep Learning company transforming retail pricing strategies. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly solutions for our SaaS web application using a double diamond design process model.

• Development and maintenance of design projects from idea to launch
• Identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting user needs and business goals
• Perform user research and implement design layouts using Figma
• Create clickable prototypes for design solutions
• Support user adoption process

• Experienced in designing complex web interfaces such as B2B, SaaS, and CRM-like systems
• Strong UX/UI skills
• Knowledge of creating design layouts that are both user-friendly and developer-friendly
• Experience conducting quality product research including usability testing and user surveys
• Experience creating Customer Journey Maps and information architecture
• Solid experience working with Figma
• English upper-intermediate or stronger
• Preferred: Analytical and problem-solving mindset, hands-on experience with Intercom, Amplitude, and Jira, experience with B2B retail products, understanding of SaaS metrics
