Content Researcher

Fabiosa Media is an international media publisher creating world-class short video content for social media platforms with 7+ billion monthly views. The Content Researcher role involves identifying compelling real-life stories with strong emotional conflict and transforming them into structured story concepts ready for video development.

• Search for compelling real-life stories, conflicts, and viral narratives across multiple platforms
• Conduct research on Reddit, Google, Perplexity, forums, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Identify and filter stories with strong emotional hooks, clear conflict, and meaningful plot twists
• Structure each idea in a clear format including short synopsis, key characters, source link, and proposed hook/headline
• Generate a high volume of strong story ideas on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of storytelling basics: hook, conflict, cliffhanger, emotional tension
• Ability to distinguish weak stories from emotionally compelling ones that truly connect with the audience
• Strong research skills and ability to work with large amounts of information
• Experience in media, journalism, content creation, scriptwriting, or storytelling is a plus
• Understanding of trends and viral content formats
