Empeek is an IT outsourcing company specializing in healthcare software solutions for USA clients. We are seeking a Middle Strong Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive prospecting efforts across LinkedIn and Upwork platforms.
What you'll do
- Communicate with prospects on LinkedIn and book calls for sales managers
- Manage and execute outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and Upwork
- Track and manage leads in the CRM system through the sales funnel
- Monitor and analyze personal performance metrics and KPIs
- Handle supporting tasks related to the lead generation process
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation
- 2+ years working with LinkedIn
- 1+ year working with Upwork
- Experience in IT service companies
- Understanding of outbound processes and lead generation funnel
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Responsible approach to CRM management and lead nurturing
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Nice to have: Previous experience in healthcare lead generation
