AI Content Growth Specialist

Ppower pro is seeking an AI Content Growth Specialist to design and operate an AI-driven content distribution system across 13+ platforms. This role focuses on building a cross-platform content machine that leverages AI for production, adaptation, and scaling rather than traditional social media management.

• Build and run a cross-platform content machine including idea generation, AI production, content adaptation, posting, analytics, and iteration
• Use AI to generate scripts, hooks and content at scale
• Analyze trends, competitors and viral mechanics across platforms
• Launch automations and semi-automated workflows
• Grow owned channels including Telegram communities
• Identify and develop 23 repeatable content formats
• Monitor and optimize content performance across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, Telegram, Substack, Medium and more

• Deep understanding of social algorithms and viral mechanics
• Real experience with AI content tools
• Cross-platform thinking and system mindset
• Ownership mentality with focus on speed and execution
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Remote position. Success metrics include: cross-posting system live across multiple platforms, AI content pipeline running, first viral or high-performing pieces published, and 23 repeatable content formats identified.
