Athlete Experience Lead, Super Age

Super Age is a consumer longevity brand with a flagship newsletter, The Mindset, reaching over 1M subscribers, and is launching the Super Age Games (IRL fitness competition) and The Super Age Standard (digital training hub). The Athlete Experience Lead will own athlete onboarding, engagement, and community experience across both the live event and the digital platform to ensure athletes feel supported and motivated.

• Own and drive athlete onboarding for the Super Age Games, including special attention to Champion (premium) pass holders.

• Develop onboarding materials, welcome flows, and community experiences; create personalized communication plans before, during, and after events.

• Own user communications and propose product tweaks to drive intended behaviors on The Standard training platform.

• Inform and influence the product development roadmap based on user behavior, feedback, and platform objectives.

• Collaborate with the executive team, event production partners, community leaders, and brand allies to deliver value to athletes.

• Foster athlete community through social events, forums, and group activities; maintain engagement via newsletters, the consumer platform, and social media.

• Strong athletic background with passion for athletics, sports participation, or coaching; understanding of athlete needs and experiences.

• Experience design and hospitality expertise, including designing and hosting events (including digital events) with attention to detail.

• Experience owning product and/or community management workflows for a consumer app (ideally fitness-related).

• Ability to use user behavior data, user feedback, and product objectives to inform features that drive engagement and growth.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Location: Remote within the USA; preference for East Coast candidates and those in/near New York City for closer collaboration.

• Structure: Intended to begin as a part-time contract, ramping to full-time later; may start full-time for the right candidate.

• Compensation: Competitive base rate plus performance bonuses tied to milestones/outcomes (exact amount not specified).
