Summary

Dexian, a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider, is seeking an HR Time Management Analyst to support their Time and Attendance system serving approximately 15,000 end users. The role involves providing end-user support, managing time edits, and executing payroll close procedures on a 10-month contract with potential for extension or FTE conversion.

What you'll do

Maintain incoming requests in ServiceNow ticket system; Complete historical edits for pay, attendance and leave; Execute accrual updates requested by HR; Generate and create ad hoc reports; Troubleshoot access issues from employees and managers; Execute pay period close procedures including sign-off and processing of SAP timefiles for Payroll

Requirements

Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred but not required; Experience with eTime, Kronos, UKG, Payroll, or Time and Labor systems preferred

Conditions

Remote location; 10-month contract with possibility of extension or FTE; Pay rate: $29.00-$30.00 hourly (approximately $6,175 monthly USD)
