Summary

H2 Health is seeking a Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead strategic acquisition initiatives across the healthcare sector. This executive role drives identification, evaluation, and execution of growth opportunities through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, with strong emphasis on due diligence and legal compliance.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies aligned with long-term organizational objectives
  • Lead end-to-end M&A processes including sourcing, negotiation, financial analysis, and integration planning
  • Manage comprehensive due diligence assessing strategic fit, financial, operational, legal, and risk factors
  • Lead transaction negotiations and structuring, including valuation, deal terms, and integration plans
  • Collaborate with internal legal counsel and external advisors (including investment partners and stakeholders) to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other standards
  • Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and risk assessments to executive leadership and board members
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
  • 10+ years of mergers & acquisitions experience in the healthcare sector
  • At least 5 years in an M&A leadership role
  • Proven track record managing complex due diligence and legal processes for healthcare acquisitions
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
