What you'll do
Gather and curate clips related to a given video topic.
Build out a video concept by sourcing approximately 80–120 clips independently.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on videos in production.
Monitor and analyze trends on YouTube and other social media platforms.
Analyze clips to determine what makes them engaging and high-performing.
Maintain high standards of quality and continuously improve clip-finding performance.
Requirements
Must be 18+.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Basic understanding of Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and consult with the team when needed.
Strong communication skills and ability to change directions quickly.
Provide a resume or portfolio with past projects and examples of personally created work.
Strong desire to learn and grow with each video produced.
Passion for reaction content and pushing creative boundaries.
