What you'll do

Prepare, review, and annotate legal documents for AI model training; conduct legal research and analyze case facts; draft affidavits, briefs, contracts, and pleadings; organize and maintain electronic legal files; collaborate with AI engineers and legal professionals to refine datasets; participate in model testing and provide feedback; communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Professional experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar legal support role; strong expertise in legal research and document preparation; experience with electronic legal filing systems; exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently in remote, cross-functional environment; demonstrated interest in legal technology and AI-driven tools.

Conditions

Remote position; hourly contract at $90-$120/hour; flexible commitment of 10-40 hours/week; 20-minute application process including resume upload, 15-minute interview, and form submission.
