Summary
Netflix’s Brand Creative Studio is an in-house creative team that develops high-profile, culturally relevant marketing to strengthen the Netflix brand and drive business value. The Production Designer will deliver high-quality, brand-led design output at scale across multiple business functions while working within established systems and templates.
What you'll do
- Design and produce high-volume, brand-led assets including lower-funnel marketing assets, campaign toolkits, sales materials, and presentation design.
- Execute deliverables within established brand systems, templates, and production frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
- Apply strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy, clarity) across all outputs.
- Collaborate with partners across Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Products, Netflix House, and Corporate Communications to support varied creative needs.
- Create and refine presentation design for executive, sales, and high-priority communications.
- Ensure work is fit-for-purpose across audiences and channels while adhering to brand standards.
- Support development and refinement of templates, modular systems, and production workflows.
- Adapt existing systems to new formats, channels, and use cases.
- Work efficiently in fast-moving timelines while maintaining high craft standards.
- Incorporate feedback, iterate quickly, and stay current on production design and design tooling best practices.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of design experience in a creative agency, design studio, or in-house brand team.
- Strong foundation in visual design including typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition.
- Experience working within established brand systems and templates.
- Ability to execute high-volume design work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Experience across outputs such as marketing assets, toolkits, sales materials, and presentation design.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally.
- Fluency with modern design tools and workflows (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite); motion experience is a plus.
- Clear communication skills, receptive to feedback, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and work within brand systems.
