Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

EXMO is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to solve business problems and identify trends. This role involves acting as a data owner, maintaining dashboards, and mentoring a Junior BI Specialist while providing actionable insights that shape product strategy and business growth.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to solve business problems and identify product, market, and customer trends and opportunities
• Act as a data owner for a wide scope of metrics and reporting layers from core data logging to end-user data visualizations
• Maintain, optimize, and expand key dashboards, reports, and metrics to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define, track, and maintain core business KPIs
• Lead complex deep-dive analyses and provide actionable insights that shape product strategy and business growth
• Mentor and guide a Junior BI Specialist within the team, providing technical direction, support, and feedback

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure ambiguous problems using data
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets
• Experience with BI tools (Domo, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Familiarity with mobile/web analytics platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Firebase, Amplitude)
• Experience in the fintech or crypto industry
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical teams
