Graphic Design Seasonal Associate

The Philadelphia Eagles are a National Football League franchise known for a progressive approach and strong community impact initiatives. The Graphic Design Seasonal Associate supports the design team by producing and executing creative assets across the organization while helping manage the Philadelphia Eagles brand.

• Assist the design team in creating logos, brochures, invitations, magazine ads, posters, social graphics, stadium videoboard graphics, and billboards.
• Perform production tasks such as clipping photos, color-treating images, resizing marketing ads, and building pitch deck mock-ups and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring projects from idea through execution.
• Develop new skills by working beyond current comfort zone and adapting to evolving project needs.

• Recent or upcoming graduate who completed a technical, associate, bachelor’s, or graduate degree within the previous 18 months (eligible graduation years 2025–2026) or discharged from the military within the last 18 months (2025–2026).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• After Effects and Lightroom are a plus but not required.
• Digital portfolio submission required, demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
• Strong visual and communication skills.

• Temporary, seasonal, non-exempt position.
