Summary
International iGaming holding launching a new online casino project in LATAM with emphasis on Argentina. Seeking a data-driven Head of Retention CRM Manager to own player lifecycle management and CRM communications. Role focuses on developing retention strategies, designing multi-channel campaigns, and maximizing player LTV while reducing churn.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies tailored for online casino players
- Segment player base by key parameters (LTV, deposit frequency, activity, geo, etc.)
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Monitor, analyze, and improve retention funnels and player engagement metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to create personalized offers and promotions
- Track and optimize KPIs such as Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Churn Rate, ARPPU, LTV
- Run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements
- Support local marketing activities for LATAM players
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Head of Retention Manager / CRM Manager in iGaming (Team Lead level)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Smartico, Salesforce, Ometria, Emarsys or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Expertise in customer segmentation and building user journeys
- Deep understanding of retention and monetization metrics in iGaming
- English (B2+) required; Spanish is a strong advantage for LATAM
- Creativity and ability to generate engaging and relevant content for different audiences
