Business Analyst (Internship)

DICEUS is inviting motivated candidates to join their Business Analyst Internship program focused on software delivery and product development. This internship provides hands-on experience with enterprise-level solutions in the insurance domain while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Interns will support requirement analysis, documentation preparation, and stakeholder communication alongside experienced Business Analysts.

• Collect and document basic functional requirements
• Structure and analyze gathered information
• Identify missing information and clarify requirements with stakeholders
• Support preparation of user stories and specifications
• Create user flows, diagrams, and documentation
• Maintain and update requirements documentation
• Organize information in shared project workspaces
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning sessions, and demos
• Prepare meeting materials such as notes, diagrams, and questions
• Participate in client and internal meetings
• Document feedback and requirement updates
• Communicate task status and clarifications with the team

• Basic understanding of software development processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in Business Analysis and IT product development
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team and accept feedback
• English level Intermediate or higher
