Meta Marketing specialist (AI Video Production / Canadian Startup)

Join an ambitious Canadian AI video production startup as a Marketing Specialist focused on Meta advertising. The role involves managing Facebook and Instagram campaigns to drive lead generation for a B2B SaaS product using cutting-edge Generative AI technologies, starting part-time (20 hours/week) with potential to transition to full-time.

• Full-cycle Meta Ads management including Facebook & Instagram campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
• Configure and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) for accurate tracking
• Build and refine the complete funnel journey from Ad to Landing Page to Lead generation
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing of audiences (Broad, Lookalike, Interest-based) and messaging
• Monitor performance using GA4 and Meta Events Manager
• Provide weekly reporting on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and CTR with strategic recommendations
• Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) specifically for the Canadian B2B market

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or Tech services
• Proven experience running campaigns in North American markets (Canada or US)
• Deep technical knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Advantage+ campaigns
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1 level)
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on business growth metrics over vanity metrics
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling ad copy and conduct market research
• Curiosity and interest in AI tools and their applications in marketing workflows

• Phase 1: Part-time engagement (approximately 20 hours/week) for setup and stabilization
• Phase 2: Transition to Full-time role based on performance and budget scaling
