Delivery Manager

Fast Corporation is an Israeli product company specializing in desktop solutions for Tier-1 markets, operating B2C and B2B product directions. The Delivery Manager role involves ensuring structured execution, strong communication, and high-quality delivery across teams bridging Israel (product & management) and Ukraine (development). This position goes beyond classic project management, requiring independent initiative ownership from idea to release with focus on delivery speed, execution quality, and process efficiency.

• Own end-to-end delivery across teams, ensuring predictable, on-time, and high-quality releases
• Act as main coordination point between Israel (product team) and Ukraine (development team)
• Translate business and product requirements into clear, technically sound tasks
• Manage priorities, scope, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Track goals, sprint velocity, and delivery performance & quality using structured OKRs
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and inefficiencies
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive improvements in tools, workflows, and team processes
• Build and maintain scalable processes and clear SOPs
• Ensure transparency of delivery progress, risks, and team performance
• Dive into technical details when needed and communicate effectively with engineering teams

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a product company
• Strong experience with B2C products (must-have), B2B a plus
• Proven experience owning and improving delivery and team performance
• Strong technical background with ability to communicate with developers on same level
• Deep understanding of full software development lifecycle (end-to-end)
• Strong experience working with delivery metrics, KPIs, and OKRs
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence
• English: Advanced (C1)
