Summary
A global clean energy and sustainable agriculture leader is hiring an HR Manager to support a high-impact manufacturing site and serve as a strategic partner to site leadership. The role focuses on shaping talent strategy, strengthening safety and engagement culture, and ensuring compliant, effective HR operations using modern HRIS/ATS systems.
What you'll do
Partner with senior site leaders and supervisors to deliver HR solutions aligned to business strategy.
Manage the full talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition strategy, onboarding/orientation, and employee development programs.
Oversee site HR operations such as HRIS data management, time and attendance systems, and ATS integrity.
Drive a high-performance culture emphasizing safety, inclusion, and engagement while maintaining legal compliance.
Lead internal investigations, represent the organization at hearings, and support community and partner relations.
Requirements
7+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field; PHR/SPHR preferred.
Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HRIS/time & attendance platforms.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to influence site leadership.
Conditions
Location: Remote/Hybrid; role associated with Woodward, OK site.
