Recruiting Coordinator

Notion builds an all-in-one workspace that connects docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email, with AI to help teams find answers and automate work. The Recruiting Coordinator role on the People Team supports recruiters and hiring managers by running a high-quality, human candidate experience. The purpose of the role is to coordinate interviews efficiently and help strengthen recruiting operations as the company scales.

• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across technical and non-technical roles
• Serve as a primary candidate touchpoint by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a respectful, organized experience
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep interview plans, logistics, and expectations aligned
• Communicate clearly with candidates and interviewers to ensure the process is smooth and predictable
• Identify and support improvements to recruiting processes and coordination workflows
• Over time, take on light sourcing tasks or additional ownership as skills grow

• 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling (ideally high-volume)
• Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles
• Experience scheduling remote and in-person interviews
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
• Ability to stay steady and calm in a fast-moving environment
• Clear, kind, and professional communication skills
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work more effectively

• Work model: Hybrid with in-person Anchor Days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (additional in-office days may be required for some teams/positions)

• Compensation: Highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits

• Estimated base salary range for San Francisco or New York City: $85,000–$95,000 per year
