Financial Analyst

Ajax Systems is an international technology company and the largest developer of Ajax security systems with smart home capabilities in Europe. The Financial Analyst role supports the company's financial planning and analysis functions to optimize resource allocation and drive informed business decisions.

• Recommend actions to meet budget and identify opportunities for optimal use of company resources
• Provide accurate monthly P&L and Cash Flow projections
• Highlight risks and opportunities regarding future company performance
• Manage variance analysis and cost control optimization
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Conduct business process analysis and improvements
• Develop financial models and valuations for new projects

• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with numbers and attention to detail
• Highly organized and results-driven
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, Pivot tables)
• Power BI experience
• Experience in a large manufacturing company preferred
