Manager, Demand Planning
Summary
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is hiring a Manager, Demand Planning to facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and maintain accurate SKU/customer forecasts for North America. The role ensures demand plans reflect current market intelligence and serve as a reliable foundation for procurement and broader business planning.
What you'll do
Build, maintain, and continuously improve the North American demand plan for a subset of customers across retail and online channels.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate the latest market intelligence into demand and sell-through forecasts.
Reconcile the forecast with financial trends and clearly communicate gaps.
Identify risks and opportunities impacting the business plan and propose actions to management.
Lead/animate forecast meetings to drive clear objectives and decision-making.
Partner with supply planning to identify forecast deviations and supply constraints and develop solutions.
Challenge regional NPD forecasts and ensure launch factors are incorporated into the demand plan.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to keep supply chain informed with the latest inputs.
Work with Customer Supply Chain teams to include customer inputs (e.g., stock holding, on-shelf availability) in forecasts.
Manage and track regional planning KPIs.
Requirements
Strong educational background.
2+ years of experience as a Demand Planner (essential); additional supply chain experience (desirable).
Proven ability to challenge forecasting assumptions and influence senior stakeholders.
Demonstrable examples of owning projects/improvements through to completion and results.
Understanding and commercial awareness of end-to-end supply chain, including supply planning and customer supply chain.
Experience working with and implementing a forecasting system (FuturMaster is a bonus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies in large datasets.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to work independently and autonomously with confidence.
Excellent communication, diplomacy, relationship-building skills, and willingness to challenge constructively.
Understanding of the North American beauty market and a track record of improving forecast accuracy.
Conditions
Base salary range: $95,000–$105,000 per year (converted to monthly in salary field).
