Junior Creative Marketing Specialist (Impulse)

Headway Inc is a global EdTech company revolutionizing lifelong learning with products for over 150 million users. This role involves joining the Impulse brain training app team (world's #1 in its category with 100M+ downloads) as a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist to create and test innovative advertising campaigns.

Main responsibilities include:

• Explore market and competitors to identify trends and translate them into creative ideas
• Generate and test creative hypotheses for advertising campaigns
• Create clear and structured briefs for designers, primarily for video creatives
• Use AI tools to generate images, videos, and creative concepts
• Analyze performance metrics of tested creatives (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and generate improvement ideas
• Discover and implement new tools and approaches to enhance creative processes
• Participate in shoots for advertising creatives with in-house video production team

Required qualifications and skills:

• Mix of creative and analytical thinking with proven previous experience
• Proactive and self-driven mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments
• Interest in tracking content trends and best-performing ad practices on social media
• English at Intermediate level or higher for comfortable team and stakeholder communication
• Openness to sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback
