Summary
Aperia Solutions is a Texas-based fintech and managed consultancy firm building custom SaaS solutions for payments and compliance, with global offices including Dallas, Washington DC, and Vietnam. The Vice President, Business Transformation will define and lead a multi-year transformation agenda for a global financial services technology client to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and global scalability.
What you'll do
- Define and lead a multi-year transformation roadmap to streamline operations and enable global scale.
- Establish governance, KPIs, and a reporting cadence to ensure measurable progress and accountability.
- Lead organizational and cultural change management to embed new processes, tools, and behaviors.
- Partner with commercial, product, and technology teams to optimize client experience and reimagine the end-to-end merchant journey.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives by presenting insights, building consensus, and influencing strategic decisions.
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, product, operations, risk, compliance, and customer experience.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing transformation team in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or transformation roles.
- Significant experience leading complex transformation programs, including governance and performance measurement.
- Management consulting background (Big 4 or top-tier strategy firms) highly valued.
- Deep knowledge of financial services, fintech, and payments ecosystems.
- Experience working with technology and operations in a global, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and adaptability.
- Preferred: Track record of measurable revenue, cost, or experience improvements from transformation programs.
- Preferred: Experience scaling global merchant or payments products/operations.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile, product-led operating models, and change-management frameworks.
- Eligibility: Willing to submit to background investigation and drug test.
