Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer supports project teams by developing initial concepts and refining design iterations across 2D and 3D deliverables. The role focuses on high-detail execution, strong technical craft, and cross-functional collaboration while serving as a trusted design advisor.
What you'll do
Create and execute final graphic artwork for multiple mediums, including 2D and 3D physical/environmental work and some digital deliverables.
Apply knowledge of physical materials when designing for real-world production.
Ensure designs align with brand standards and visual guidelines.
Collaborate with internal disciplines and client teams to prepare files for final release/production.
Retouch and refine imagery as needed.
Integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, typography, and composition with exceptional precision.
Build trust internally and externally by acting as an advisor within the design discipline.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Communication Design.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator (including CAD tools plugin), Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
Understanding of current design trends and their application in commercial and retail environments.
Ability to produce creative print, digital, and environmental solutions across multiple 2D and 3D applications.
Enthusiasm and growth mindset for solving complex human challenges through design; ability to tell compelling brand stories.
Bonus: Previous retail design experience.
