Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery for clients, the company, and teams across our full-service software development lifecycle.

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client expectations
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address risks before escalation
• Control budget, timelines, and quality to deliver predictable results
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and recurring status meetings
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
• Act as the main communication bridge between client and internal stakeholders
• Support company growth through continuous improvement, feedback, and innovation
• Participate in HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and recruitment
• Manage financial coordination including invoice verification and project profitability tracking

• 35+ years of experience in project management within outsourced or product IT company
• Proven track record of delivering multiple successful projects in web or mobile
• Technical understanding through experience or education in development, QA, or business analysis
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and documentation management
• Experience with Gantt charts, burndown charts, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles (Waterfall experience is a plus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Risk management expertise and proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Business-oriented thinking and excellent time management
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English, verbal and written
• Plus: Project management certification (PMI, CSM, PSM), multi-team project experience, or technical/engineering degree
