Recruiter (Design , Motion)

Anyway Studio is a high-end creative studio working with fast-growing tech and AI companies. We're seeking a talent hunter (Recruiter) to source and attract top-tier digital and motion designers at senior levels. This role focuses on identifying exceptional creatives and building pipelines of A-players rather than simply filling positions.

• Source and attract top-tier digital designers and motion designers at senior level
• Identify and engage A-players and exceptional talent, not average candidates
• Build pipelines of exceptional creatives and maintain talent networks
• Run full-cycle recruiting including outreach, screening, and closing
• Work closely with the founder and creative team to define quality standards and culture fit

• Proven experience hiring for strong design teams, creative studios, or agencies
• Ability to spot true talent and distinguish quality portfolios from exceptional work
• Strong network or ability to hunt globally across platforms like Dribbble, Behance, LinkedIn, and niche communities
• Demonstrated taste and understanding of top-level design and motion design
• Experience hiring senior and lead-level creative professionals
• High ownership and proactive mindset
• Plus: Experience hiring for motion design, video, or product design; worked with high-performance teams or startups; strong intuition for culture fit in creative teams

Remote or flexible arrangement working closely with founder and creative team. High-ownership role with emphasis on proactive talent hunting and building long-term pipelines.
