Technical Project Manager

Summary

Lime Vizio is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own technology delivery for a high-volume eCommerce platform serving the US and Canada market. This full-time remote role focuses on delivery predictability, scope control, and production stability to directly impact conversion rates, operational reliability, and cost per order.

What you'll do

  • Own delivery roadmap and ensure 90% on-time milestone achievement
  • Control scope by logging and approving 100% of changes before execution
  • Convert business requests into development-ready specifications with clear acceptance criteria
  • Run sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives with structured execution
  • Track dependencies and manage critical path across multiple teams
  • Identify risks early and drive fast decision-making
  • Define go/no-go criteria, rollout and rollback plans
  • Reduce rework and emergency fixes with target of 15% team capacity savings
  • Ensure technical debt is logged, owned, and properly prioritized
  • Maintain single source of truth for scope, owners, dates, and risks
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or IT PM
  • Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, logistics, or transactional systems
  • Strong Agile execution capability (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience coordinating production releases
  • Ability to discuss APIs, services, queues, and data models
  • Proficiency with Jira or ClickUp and structured backlog management
  • Understanding of CI/CD basics and release pipelines
  • Strong ownership mindset and independent decision-making skills
  • Confident working level English proficiency
  • Nice to have: WordPress/WooCommerce at scale, Node.js, Python, Vue experience, PostgreSQL basics, observability and incident post-mortem experience, distributed team coordination

Conditions

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM PST, Monday-Friday

Location: Remote with US PST timezone overlap required
