Finance Analyst

TrueLabel is seeking a Finance Analyst to serve as Financial Manager of Payment Methods. In this role, you will process large datasets, communicate with international payment provider representatives, and participate in process automation for payment service provider reporting.

• Monthly filing of Payment Service Provider (PSP) reporting including offloading cash flow data, transforming and preparing raw data for analysis
• Finding and analyzing errors in PSP operation and proposing solutions
• Active communication with representatives of payment systems in English
• Reconciliation of payment providers contractual terms and conditions with actual data
• Filling and administering the knowledge base on payment providers
• Participation in the automation of work with data from providers

• Strong analytical skills in working with large amounts of data (analyzing cash flows within PSP, banking, and other financial structures)
• Experience communicating with representatives of foreign companies in English
• Advanced Excel user (Power Query, complex formulas, data automation)
• Ability to create ready-made templates for adapting source data
• English language proficiency at intermediate level minimum
• High level of responsibility and self-organization
• At least 1 year experience with PSPs and understanding of their working principles (advantageous)
• Strong data analysis abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Communicative and collaborative approach to work
