GlobalLogic is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a luxury skincare and beauty brand based in San Francisco. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, building insightful dashboards, and translating data into actionable business recommendations for an e-commerce platform running on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

• Design and build dashboards to support data visualization and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with product teams to define key metrics and KPIs that drive business decisions
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data storytelling
• Contribute to building data models based on various data sources
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, workflows, and analysis methodologies

Experience & Education:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics
• Demonstrated experience with SQL and aggregating unstructured data from multiple sources

Technical Tools (Must Have):

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, ADX, or similar

Technical Tools (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Git
• Experience with ETL processes and DBT or equivalent tools
• Experience with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
• Experience with R or Python
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
