UX/ UI Designer

Kuick.Tech is hiring a Senior/Staff Product Designer to lead mobile app design (iOS/Android) with 8+ years of experience. The role focuses on designing comprehensive product systems, flows, and cohesive user experiences rather than individual screens. The ideal candidate thinks strategically like a product manager and engineer while maintaining exceptional UI quality standards.

• Design product flows and user experience end-to-end across mobile platforms
• Create and maintain design systems with a component-based approach
• Design all states and consider technical implementation implications
• Establish and maintain high UI quality standards at a top-tier product level
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive design quality proactively
• Work on feed, recommendation, and social product features
• Incorporate AI into design processes, flows, and prototypes

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Deep understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and native patterns
• Strong experience with design systems and component-based design approach
• Ability to design states and think through technical implementation
• Exceptional UI quality at top-tier product level
• Experience with feeds, recommendations, and social products (nice to have)
• Understanding of growth mechanics (nice to have)
• Experience using AI in design processes (nice to have)
