Full-Stack / AI Developer

MX2.ai is seeking an AI-native Full-Stack Developer to lead technical development of client platforms, automation tools, and MX, their proprietary AI-powered marketing product. You'll translate creative concepts into fast, reliable, and scalable code while leveraging AI-assisted tools to deliver high-quality output.

Product & Platform Development

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and automation tools for clients and MX
• Build secure, scalable APIs and integrations (OpenAI, Meta, Google, CRM systems, analytics APIs)
• Implement AI-driven features using OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, high-performance front-end experiences (React, Next.js, Tailwind, Webflow)

AI Integration & Automation

• Use GPT-based workflows and automation tools to accelerate development and testing
• Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, and AI services for marketing automation and analytics
• Explore new AI coding assistants and deployment pipelines to boost efficiency

Performance & Reliability

• Ensure platform stability, speed, and scalability across all environments
• Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing
• Proactively detect and resolve bugs before client impact

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with Design, Performance Media, and Data teams
• Support campaign tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel APIs)
• Mentor junior or freelance developers

• 3+ years in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React, Next.js)
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or automation frameworks (Zapier, Make, Vercel Functions)
• Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, GCP)
• Proficient with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Vue.js and Nuxt.js
• AI-Native Mindset: Uses GPT, Copilot, or Cursor IDE to accelerate coding
• Creative & Analytical: Understands design systems and marketing context with clean, structured code
