Perfomance Marketing Manager

NeedMyLink is a digital agency specializing in SEO, link building, and copywriting with 80+ specialists and international projects. They are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid traffic, optimize marketing funnels, and improve conversion rates through data-driven experimentation and strategic optimization.

Main Duties:

• Drive paid traffic through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels while growing SEO as a sustainable organic growth source
• Build, optimize, and scale marketing funnels from scratch, analyzing drop-off points and identifying scalable opportunities
• Generate, test, and validate creative messaging, value propositions, and creative hypotheses
• Optimize landing pages and website elements including structure, offers, triggers, copy, CTA, and UX to improve conversion rates
• Plan and execute A/B tests, document results, and scale winning experiments
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and LTV through data-driven insights
• Conduct competitive research to analyze competitor creatives, funnels, offers, and approaches
• Collaborate with the Product team to coordinate website improvements and implement testing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3+ years of proven experience driving traffic in B2B niches with performance channels, funnel setup, and optimization
• Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics (CR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS) and ability to improve them through experimentation
• System thinking and hands-on funnel management capability from building to scaling
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to build hypotheses, validate through testing, launch experiments quickly, and scale winning approaches
