Senior Flutter Developer

Axis Easy Prosper is building a comprehensive digital banking platform seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join their frontend team. You will design and develop high-quality, responsive mobile and web interfaces for core banking features while leading UI/UX implementations and mentoring junior developers.

• Design and develop responsive, cross-platform mobile and web apps using Flutter 3.x+
• Build intuitive UIs for account dashboards, payment interfaces, card management, loan applications, and savings tools
• Integrate with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) and state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc)
• Ensure app performance, accessibility, and security including biometrics and encryption
• Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to iterate on features
• Write clean, testable code with unit and integration tests
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

• 5+ years in mobile app development, with 3+ years focused on Flutter
• Strong expertise in Dart, Flutter widgets, animations, and custom UI components
• Experience building secure financial or high-stakes apps with transactions and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with state management, API integrations, and offline capabilities (Hive, SQLite)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Codemagic, Fastlane) and app deployment (App Store, Google Play)
• Knowledge of banking UX patterns for payments, lending, and accounts
• Proficient English communication

• Experience with Flutter for Web or Desktop
• Firebase integration (Auth, Firestore, Analytics)
• Custom packages or plugins development
• UI/UX design tools proficiency (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Background in neobanking or integrated financial apps
