Flutter Developer

Aleori is an early-stage startup building a modern family management app with gamified organization and well-being features. They are seeking a strong Flutter developer to build their initial version and lead long-term development in a fully remote, flexible environment.

• Build cross-platform app (iOS + Android) using Flutter
• Implement pixel-perfect UI from Figma including animations, gestures, and interactions
• Design the initial Flutter + Firebase architecture (Firestore, auth, security rules) for production
• Implement clean state management and scalable role-based flows
• Ensure efficient Firestore usage and basic backend logic
• Conduct code reviews and architecture decisions with founders

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter experience (Dart & Flutter SDK)
• Proven experience shipping real mobile apps (App Store / Google Play or internal releases)
• Strong Firebase experience (Firestore structure, security rules, basic backend logic)
• Solid state management knowledge (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.)
• Clean architecture mindset with separation of concerns and testable code
• Confident with animations and smooth, highly visual UIs
• Comfortable working in an AI-augmented development workflow
• Git / GitHub workflow proficiency
• Intermediate+ English level

Schedule: Full-time commitment with flexible hours
