Summary
Cint is seeking an experienced, SaaS product-savvy Product Designer to help shape customer experiences across its suite of products. The role advocates for great design and delivers high-quality, timely design outputs through close cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Champion exceptional user experience solutions across the Cint product suite, balancing customer, business, and market needs
- Conduct user testing and user interviews to uncover unmet needs and generate product insights
- Collaborate with the Product Design team, stakeholders, and partners to ideate strategic design solutions
- Create design artifacts such as user requirements, personas, storyboards, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes
- Translate complex systems into simple UI concepts using storytelling and rapid prototyping
- Validate design solutions through customer user tests
- Document and communicate design thinking, findings, and proposals to product teams and leadership
- Apply and contribute to the shared design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (designers, researchers, writers, strategists, product/engineering leads, developers)
- Partner with engineering to bring user-centered design solutions to market
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design or UX design, preferably on complex technical SaaS products with a B2B focus
- Strong visual design skills and ability to solve complex user problems with intuitive interfaces
- In-depth knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies across desktop, mobile, and native apps
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
- Expertise with modern design/collaboration tools, specifically Figma (variables and auto-layout a plus)
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems or component libraries
- Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers
- Ability to present work confidently, accept feedback, and thrive in multidisciplinary teams
