Head of Product UX/Product Experience

Solidgate is a payments orchestration platform empowering entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. This Head of Product UX/Product Experience role focuses on embedding customer insight, product design, and user experience into strategic product decisions across the platform.

• Develop and own Product UX & Product Experience strategy across Solidgate products
• Design scalable systems including principles, standards, rituals, and design practices
• Build and manage customer insight & feedback loops to drive UX and product improvements
• Lead UX involvement in sales demos, custom solutions, and merchant-facing initiatives
• Drive experience-focused rollout of new features ensuring customer discovery and adoption
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers on discovery, prioritization, and decision-making
• Lead the Product Design team as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering
• Shape how Solidgate balances usability, complexity, and scale in fintech

• Proven experience in Product UX, Product Design Leadership, or Product Experience roles
• Strong product mindset with deep customer obsession
• Experience working closely with Product Managers on discovery and prioritization
• Ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear, usable product experiences
• Experience building or scaling design systems, UX standards, and design processes
• Confidence operating in ambiguity and shaping functions as company scales
• Proficiency with Figma, Jira, Confluence or Notion
• Experience with customer feedback & analytics tools
• Preferred: Fintech, payments, or complex B2B product experience
• Preferred: Experience with sales-led or demo-driven products

Team Structure: Direct leadership of Product Design Team, close collaboration with Product Managers, Sales, Merchant Operations, and Integration teams, reporting to Chief Product Officer Artem Sadurskyy
