Senior/ Talent Partner (GTM focus)
Summary
LocalStack is a fast-growing Series A startup building a local cloud development platform and high-fidelity cloud emulator to improve dev/test feedback loops. The Senior Talent Partner (GTM focus) will lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build tailored strategies and deliver a strong candidate experience.
What you'll do
Lead 2–4 active searches per month, primarily supporting GTM and G&A functions.
Partner directly with GTM and G&A hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers; gather feedback and refine search strategy.
Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to support a fair, data-driven hiring experience.
Champion a world-class candidate experience with seamless communication and strong employer branding.
Requirements
2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house recruitment team.
Experience hiring for tech startups across Series A–D.
Exceptional sourcing and market-mapping skills, including outreach to passive candidates.
Full-cycle capability: sourcing, managing interview processes, and conducting offer negotiations through close.
Track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional IC-level GTM, Product, and G&A talent.
Ability to quickly understand new roles and partner with managers to establish effective scorecards.
Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, listening, and consultative skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Competitive salary; for US-based candidates total compensation stated as $110,000–$140,000 annually (varies by location and experience).
