Meta Media Buyer (Performance Marketing)

Golden Panda Marketing is an international, performance-driven affiliate company specializing in connecting global audiences with high-demand products in Health & Lifestyle sectors. We are seeking a data-driven Meta Media Buyer who understands creative-first platform strategies and can identify and scale winning hooks aggressively.

• Launch, monitor, and scale Meta Ads campaigns with focus on high-volume profitability
• Run structured creative tests for UGC, angles, and hooks to identify winning creatives
• Optimize daily campaigns based on CPA/ROAS targets using performance data
• Own technical setup including Pixel, CAPI (Conversion API), events, and attribution models
• Collaborate with team to improve landing pages and overall user journey for maximum conversion rates

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Meta/Facebook Media Buyer in performance-based environment (Affiliate, E-com, or Nutra)
• Proven ability to manage significant daily budgets and scale while maintaining target profitability
• Deep understanding of Performance Ribbon: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS
• Fluent English for international team communication (written and spoken)
• Expertise with Meta's algorithm changes and ability to leverage Advantage+ and broad targeting
