Junior Corporate Recruiter
Summary
Bisnow is a leading B2B media platform serving the commercial real estate industry through news, events, marketing services, recruitment solutions, and sales enablement tools. The Junior Corporate Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process, proactively sourcing talent and partnering closely with executive leaders. This role supports hiring needs while contributing to People Ops initiatives and Bisnow’s culture and community.
What you'll do
- Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and platforms
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks
- Present and communicate offers to selected candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent aligned with key industry skill sets
- Develop relationships with candidates and guide them toward their next career move
- Partner with internal leadership to understand hiring/client needs
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and leads
- Engage with leading companies and executives across the commercial real estate industry
- Support People Ops special projects and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, reinforcing company values
- Partner with Hiring Managers to provide guidance and onboarding support and ensure alignment with recruiting processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Psychology, or Business preferred)
- 0–2 years of direct recruiting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-player with strong work ethic and a “no task is too small” mindset
- Quick learner who enjoys acquiring knowledge in new subject areas
- Creative, analytical, and intellectually curious
- Genuine interest in the Commercial Real Estate industry (prior real estate experience is a bonus, not required)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer sponsorship (no visa sponsorship available)
Conditions
Hybrid role based out of the NYC office; in-office 3–4 days per week
